I think they need to apply it to all states. If we are pro-active in making it harder for illegal immigrants to legally live and work here, then less will attempt to come here.

Don't get me wrong, cultural mix is what makes the US great, hell even my fiance is 90% mexican decent, but the illegals need to be told to not come here unless legally.
